Closures For Training

To enable us to improve the services we offer patients the practice will close early at 12:30 on the dates listed below, to allow time for staff training.

• Wednesday 15th June 2022
• Wednesday 13th July 2022
• Wednesday 14th September 2022
• Wednesday 12th October 2022
• Wednesday 9th November 2022
• Wednesday 7th December 2022

Please collect any prescriptions before 12:30. Emergency cover will be available through the Forest Out of Hours Service and can be contacted by telephoning the practice on 01594 542239. if your problem cannot wait until the practice re-opens at 08:30 the following morning.
