Survey of young people by Healthwatch Gloucestershire ( posted on Feb 13, 2017 )

Healthwatch Gloucestershire (HWG) receives a lot of feedback about GP surgeries in the course of its work. We have heard from young people that they sometimes have difficulty understanding how the system works, or in getting appointments. We are conducting a short survey to find out more about young people’s experiences, and how they feel about the service they are receiving.  This will enable HWG to highlight examples of what surgeries are doing well, what young people feel could be done better, and their ideas for improvement.

The survey is available via this link: :  https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/FMLD7X8

If you do not have internet access, or would prefer to complete the survey over the phone, they can do so by calling our Freephone telephone line on 0800 652 5193 Monday-Friday 9-5.

Patient Participation Group members ( posted on Dec 7, 2016 )

The Practice is always looking for patients to contribute to the discussions of the Patient Patricipation Group. This group meets three or four times a year to look at specific issues and help to inform decisions about the Practice. The Practice is always looking for ways to provide a better service for patients. This is not as easy as it seems as the needs of every patient are differenent and the constraints related to funding and specific rerquirements that the NHS places on the Practice can limit what is possible. However, there is much that we have done to improve services and more that we can do. Sorting out the priorities can be difficult and the Patient Participation Group can be an important voice.

If you would like to be involved please phone, email or ask at Reception. Details of email address and telephone numbers can be found on out Contact / Finding Us page
